NO REFUNDS

Sales of all user packages (as they are described in our Terms of Use) are final. You acknowledge and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase of a user package under any circumstances.

TIMEFRAME

You should expect a turnaround of about 48 hours for reviewing any documents you provide provided such submission is within the bounds of reasonableness. It is possible your consultant may review such documents sooner but we not obligated to do so nor will be in breach if a review is not conducted within 48 hours.

NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

CAGED BIRD HR and our consultants will undertake commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Services to you. You acknowledge and agree that to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, we do not make any promises of results from a personal or business perspective.

Any examples of the effects of the Services we provide you are for reference only, and may not be applicable to your particular situation, nor we do have any obligation to replicate such results.

NO WARRANTIES
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE BOTH PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
