Service Description
The service offers one-on-one consultations with an HR consultant to help you strategize on how and when to exit your job. We will help you safely open the severance conversation and help you advocate for yourself to get the best possible outcome.
A CBHR consultant will help you strategize on the right approach to your exit, write your negotiation emails, educate you on the process and help maximize your severance agreement.
How it works
You will receive an onboarding email shortly after purchase. Unless the consultant is out or unavailable, you will be assigned the same HR consultant that conducted your consultation.
Inclusions
Service includes support for one month. Service begins upon payment and ends after one month. After the month if you still need support you can become a Caged Bird HR member.
Service also includes a 6 months subscription to our support library. Your log in credentials will be emailed to you.

The earlier we are involved the better chances we have of achieving your desired outcome. We recommend you have the severance agreement prior to purchasing.
