Our HR Investigation Support Service is designed to provide employees with professional and confidential assistance when they face workplace concerns that require investigation. We understand that navigating workplace issues can be challenging, and our experienced HR professionals are here to provide support to employees through and undoubtedly stressful time.Our service is tailored to empower employees who may be facing allegations of harassment, discrimination, misconduct, or other workplace issues.
You will receive an onboarding email shortly after purchase. Unless the consultant is out or unavailable, you will be assigned the same HR consultant that conducted your consultation.
You will have your first meeting with your consultant on the date you choose. You will submit any relevant documents to your assigned consultant. You will work with your consultant on a weekly basis to prepare for the investigation itself.
Support ends: When investigation is over, when you go on leave, when you sign a letter of representation with an attorney, or two months after support starts, whichever comes first.
This service includes support for the duration of the investigation. Preparation for questions HR might ask and how to answer them. Insight into how the investigation process works and what mistakes to avoid. Ghost writing emails to HR to defend yourself in an effective way.
This service also includes a 6 month subscription to our support library. You will receive your log in credentials in your email.
The earlier we are involved the better chances we have of achieving your desired outcome.
