Service Description
Need help accurately responding to a performance review? Has your manager put inaccurate comments in your review you want to refute?
Our team of skilled reviewers specializes in evaluating employee performance reviews to provide valuable insights and feedback.
We will meticulously assess your performance review, examining the clarity of the evaluation criteria, the quality of feedback provided, the consistency of ratings, and the overall effectiveness of the review process. We will look for language that indicates you may be put on a performance improvement plan or being retaliated against.
Our experienced reviewers will provide a comprehensive analysis of your performance review, and write your response in a way that protects you from negative actions in the near future.
How it works
You will receive an onboarding email shortly after purchase. Unless the consultant is out or unavailable, you will be assigned the same HR consultant that conducted your consultation.
You will have your first meeting with your consultant on the date you choose. You will submit any relevant documents to your assigned consultant. You will work with your consultant on a weekly basis to prepare for the investigation itself. Support one month from the date of purchase.
Inclusions
This service includes three one hour editing sessions with a consultant.
This service also includes a 6 month subscription to our support library. You will receive your log in credentials in your email.
