Performance Improvement Plan Support

Service Description

We understand that being placed on a PIP can be a stressful and challenging experience for employees, and our team of experienced HR professionals is here to provide personalized support and guidance throughout the process.

We recommend purchasing when your employer provides you the Performance Improvement plan, or when they start sending you emails detailing your low performance.

How it works

You will receive an onboarding email shortly after purchase. Unless the consultant is out or unavailable, you will be assigned the same HR consultant that conducted your consultation.


Our services include a thorough review of the PIP document, analysis of performance metrics, and a custom strategy to delay, refute, or end a PIP. We will ghost write your emails to HR refuting the Performance Improvement Plan. Service begins at the date of purchase and ends 30 days after.

Service also includes a 6 months subscription to our support library. Your log in credentials will be emailed to you.


The earlier we are involved the better chances we have of achieving your desired outcome. We recommend you have the severance agreement prior to purchasing.
